Stay dates: February 13 to December 31, 2026
Guarantee policy: A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount (VAT not included) is required at the time of booking. Some rates may have specific conditions.
Cancellation policy: Reservations may be canceled up to 48 days before the arrival date. After this deadline, the full reservation amount plus taxes will be charged.
Children’s policy: Children under 5 staying with their parents stay free of charge. Ages 6 to 11 incur an additional charge of COP 50,000 for short stays and COP 30,000 for long stays. From age 12 onward, the additional charge is COP 80,000 for short stays and COP 45,000 for long stays.
