WARRANTY REGULATIONS
A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount, excluding VAT, is required at the time of booking. Taxes and fees will be collected upon check-in. Please refer to the rate rules, as exceptions may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival; after 24 hours, a charge for one night plus taxes will apply. In case of a no-show, the first night's stay will be charged.
CHILDREN'S REGULATIONS
Children under 5 years old accompanied by their parents stay free - those aged 6 to 11 have an extra charge of $50,000 COP for short stays and $30,000 COP for long stays, and from 12 years old onwards, the charge is $80,000 COP for short stays and $45,000 COP for long stays.
